To get the best value from your CBD oil, make sure to remember these 5 simple steps.

It happened. You finally took the leap of faith to purchase your first bottle of CBD oil. The package shows up, you open the box, and then suddenly… you realize you have no clue what to do with this small bottle of oil! Well, you aren’t alone, and we’re here to help.

To get the best value from your CBD oil, make sure to remember these 5 simple steps:

1. Let the oil absorb

Sublingual CBD oil works by absorbing through the capillaries under your tongue, directly entering your bloodstream. By allowing the oil to absorb completely under your tongue, you will avoid losing any full spectrum cannabinoid content to your digestive system. Rather than setting a certain time until you swallow, just wait for all of the oil to absorb! This is a popular and safe way to take your CBD.1

2. Experiment with your dose

Most people find that 25mg is a great starting dose, but you may need more or less depending on why you’re taking CBD, your tolerance levels, and how much you weigh. For first timers, we recommend starting at 25mg and working your way up, increasing your dose until you achieve the desired effect.

3. Stay consistent

Taking your CBD oil consistently at the same time everyday, with an accurate, measured dose is the best way to achieve the results you want. Without a consistent daily dose of CBD, your body won’t be able to build up enough cannabinoids to make a difference. Avoid wasting your time and money, and give yourself a real chance at relief.

4. Give it time

Not everyone is going to experience results at the same time, and that’s because we all have different issues. For example, someone taking CBD for everyday stress may find that a single dose is able to provide relief. However, someone with a more serious need is going to require more time for their body to adjust.

5. Keep track of your progress

Keep track of how you’re feeling until you arrive at a dose that feels right to you. Be sure to give yourself a couple of weeks in between each adjustment to know how you are responding to the change. Many CBD users have found that keeping a journal is helpful. Record your daily dose, time of day, and how you feel to track your progress over time.

Now you have a better understanding of the best way to take CBD oil. The only thing left to do is start looking for a CBD oil that suits you. Be sure to choose a CBD oil that is full spectrum, Flower-Only™, and USDA certified organic.
